Overview

Delaware Valley Urology has an amazing opportunity for the right person to join our Customer Service Team. As a Customer Service Representative you will be working directly with our patients, providing them with an exceptional level of Service.

 

 

Responsibilities

Patient Service Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Answering incoming phone calls
  • Returning Patient calls and messages
  • Registering new customers
  • Logging call details
  • Schedule, Reschedule, and cancel appointments
  • Reordering Medicine, labs, and imaging
  • Providing day of appointment information such as directions and required identification
  • Faxing documents to DVU partners and offices
  • Providing Patient Portal access and education
  • Troubleshoot Patient inquiries
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Organized with a keen attention to detail
  • Previous healthcare experience is a plus
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Computer Skills are a must

  • Ability to handle high stress situations and escalate quickly
